I have imported a few sliders from template store, however the images associated with these sliders (layers) are not loading

    Hello Shubham,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

As I can see in your previous ticket, you had some server configuration issues related to slider import. Did you manage to fix those?

The missing images on import are likely related to that too.

Please check the System Status again to see if you still have missing dependencies.

    Hi Attilia,

Thanks for your quick reply. Can you help me out, where can I find these details?

Thank you for the feedback. Please set up a temporary WP login for us so we can check on this in the back-end. You can post the login credentials here as a private reply. Thank you.

Thank you, but unfortunately we cannot seem to be able to log in: ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

This error usually means that your webserver is configured incorrectly (Varnish) and it is filtering out the cookies that WordPress uses to handle logins.

    How can I resolve this?

I can share my cpanel login, its below:

Thank you. We've managed to bypass this and login after a few tries.

We've checked on the already imported sliders and also imported some new ones, but as we can see they were added properly. All of the images and settings are there in the editor after import.

Could you please specify what sliders did not import correctly, or where we can see these missing images? Thank you.

Thank you for the feedback. I thought the problem was with the imports in the admin, but I can see the missing images on the front-end.

The problem is most likely going to be related to an image preloader/optimizer/lazy loader on your installation, that is interfering with the slider.

As I can see you are using Jetpack. We had several issues with it in the past, as its lazy load option interferes with the slider's content (images), preventing them from loading.

Please temporarily disable Jetpack or its lazy image load option, empty cache/refresh your site, and see if that solves the problem.

Yes, pictures are loading after disabling the Jetpack. Can there be any alternative, wherein I can deactivate lazyloader alone and be able to work with JetPack and Layerslider both?

Thank you for the feedback. As far as I can tell, only the lazy image loading option is the problem. So you should be able to keep using the rest of Jetpack.
