Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hi there,

I've imported the Sky Experience Slider, no problems there. Love the design.

I do have a problem with the cloud layers. I've tried all kinds of ideas, but none that seems to work. The problem is that as each cloud layer (the front layer being most obvious), slides through as it should, but then the right side end of the image comes into view with its sharp edge and is visible until about half way though the slider before restarting. II think it is only a setting issue, but for the world of me I can't fix it.

    Any suggestion would be great.

    Thank you.

I've attached a screen capture of the problem in the attached video file. The middle and back layers are disabled to better show the issue. The problem is less pronounced with the other layers active, but still present, even on the middle and back layers. I've looked carefully at your demo of this slider and can't see the same problem there. I am running the current version.

    Cheers

    Hello Peter,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Please show us your site or a test page with the slider where we can check on this. Thank you.

    Hello Attila,

The solution came to in the middle of the night! The problem is that the cloud images need to be resized to their intended width. I am not sure if it happens during the upload and WordPress reduces them, or if the originals are already like that. Anyway, stretching them out to 1920 (in my case) fixed the problem. Now the tails hook up with the heads seamlessly without gap or overlap.

I've been doing a lot of video editing lately using Davinci Resolve and AD After Effects, and was searching for a solution that would apply to a video format (duh!) e.g. keyframe etc.

    Thanks mate!
