Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

    Hello, 

    I have 4 licenses, and need one more. I see you have a bundle that includes 5 licenses. Do I have to buy a single license to accommodate this additional site, or is there a way to upgrade? Also, I'm using one of my licenses on a staging site. .I don't know how to indicate that to your system.

    There is no option to upgrade licenses this way. So if you only need one more, I'd recommend purchasing a personal license, which is for one site.
