Your sliders are not connected to us when you are editing them. The plugin only needs to access our servers for license activation, and when importing from the Template Store. Everything else when using the plugin is localized on your installation. So I'm not sure why would a firewall block it. Normally, this shouldn't happen with firewalls. I'd recommend adding LayerSlider as an exception to your firewall or whitelisting it, if you are experiencing issues like this.
Hello, it consumes some time to discover we had to disable our firewall on the httpd server to make changes to our slider.
We use Comodo WAF 2.24.4 on our DirectAdmin panel.
When we turn the Security Engine 'off' We can work on our Sliders.
Otherwise it deletes all layers except one.
Probably you use ports when working with the sliders, that are blocked by our security Engine. Do you know which port numbers are used by LayerSlider?
After working on our slider we turn on the security Engine and it wil work well!
Thanks for your effort,
greetings Frans
