I'm sorry, but I'm not exactly sure what would you like to achieve. For hover animations you can use the Layers -> Transitions -> Hover Transition tab. You can apply movements based on layer hover there. Or if you need something else, please show us an example.
You can also import every demo slider from the Template Store, to check on the settings.

can you explain the settings for the raindrops here?
The raindrops are using a parallax hover effect. And the background has a parallax scroll effect applied on it.
This demo slider is available in the Template Store. If you would like to know the exact values we used to set this up, please import it from the Template Store. You will be able to check out everything, and play around with it as a base.
