Thank you for getting back to me. I did check the system status and outside of a cacheing plugin it looks good from the server side. I have attached a screen shot of what I am seeing.

Unfortunately in that case, there might be a conflict with a 3rd party item that is preventing the plugin activation.
Please temporarily disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme, and try to activate then to see if that solves the issue.
