Thank you. There is a JS error on your site. You can see the error in the browser console. This JS error seems to be interfering and preventing the slider from working. It is originated from the 'karma-builder' plugin. You will need to fix this JS error related to the 'karma-builder' so it does not affect the LayerSlider sliders.
I'd recommend contacting that item's author regarding this error. They should be able to provide you with further details and hopefully a solution too. Or you could also temporarily disable it in the meantime.
