    Hi. I recently updated my theme and your slider and now when I am looking over the site have noticed a problem with my slider. The images don't fully fit the slider and show the edges of the previous and upcoming slides. I have tried to change the width settings and that has not helped. How can I adjust it so that each picture fully fits in the slider? I have attached a screenshot to show what I mean.

    Hello MarcKevin,

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    The slider on the URL you provided is not LayerSlider. It was created with Slider Revolution. It is a different plugin from another author. We are sorry, but we cannot really help with that plugin, as it's not ours. I'd recommend to contact its author with this case.

    Yes, you can just simply replace that slider with one from our plugin. For example by swapping out the two shortcodes/widgets/blocks or whatever method you used to insert the current one.

    You can also find the available inserting methods listed and described in the documentation: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#publishing-sliders

    Hello Attila,

    Thanks for that information. I successfully replaced my old slider with this one and am VERY happy with it on my page now.

    Now I would like to know how to adjust the settings so the slider appears smaller JUST ONLY on mobile devices and/or tablets. Is there a way to change the settings separately for these devices? For example, I would set separate settings for desktop viewers, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.

    Is this possible? If so, how?

    Thanks for your assistance so far. I really appreciate it.

    The plugin provides two ways to achieve that.

    Since version 6 of LayerSlider you have the option to display layers only on certain devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). This feature gives you the option to create separate layers for mobile, tablet and desktop view in the same slide, and only show them on the required device. Please note that this can only be applied on the layer level.

    Additionally to the device specific layers, you could also build two (or even more) sliders with different sizes or with different content, include them both to the site, and only display them (using the Hide over and Hide under options) on the required device. This gives you more control, but requires more work. But with this method you can modify the slider display however you want for different screen sizes and they will be swapped out automatically.

    The commonly used breakpoint values:

    desktop computers screen width > 1024px
    tablets screen width >= 768px and <= 1024px
    phones screen with <= 767px
