    Hi, 

    I bought an extended license but i am unable to use the same code to another webiste

    I used like the codes below for developing customer websites

    xyz.com/customer 1/wp-admin - activated license here

    xyz.com/customer 2/wp-adming - Unable to activate license here


    please help - i have one domain with 2 sub-folders for 2 separate customers how do i use the extended license?

    You seem to be confusing what the extended license offers. It is not a multi-use license. It's for theme creators who want to include LayerSlider to their product. It does not give you the option to use the license on multiple sites.

    Hi Attila,

    Thanks for that. But I am a web developer and and not a theme creator. I already bought the extended license thinking i can use for multiple clients.

    Can i request for a refund on this or can it be downgraded?

    Unfortunately, we cannot downgrade it, but we can refund you for the mistaken purchase.

    Please proceed with purchasing a normal license and then requesting a refund for this one on Envato. We will be able to accept it there.
