I can't upgrade my Layerslider plugin, and I can't remove it from my site. I've been given a download with the update, but when I select 'enter an existing purchase code' in Wordpress, it tells me 'Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page'. So I'm in a kind of loop here. Many thanks, Michael

I'd recommend to manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon and reinstalling LayerSlider.
You will need to remove the current version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation at the same time.
Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.
