Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

I can't put a video in the layer

    I tried to put that video in the layer, and I couldn't see it. (I send the video). What I need to do if I want to put a video? Thank you very much,

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    You will need to choose the Video/Audio layer type for this, and enter the video file there (add self hosted). After that the video layer should be displayed in the slider. Please also make sure that the layer is not set to be hidden, and is not covered by other layers (position it towards top in the layers list).
