I have installed the plugin in Theme Forest MyReligion theme (which had an early version). I purchased a license to get updates. I activated it and all is fine except I did not get a menu to input purchase code. It still warns me to activate so I can get updates. How do I activate it with my purchase code?

You can find the LayerSlider product activation box on the main page of the plugin's admin interface. Open LayerSlider and you will see it right under the sliders list: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#activation-howto
