I’ve tried using both the short code and WPBakery Page Builder plugin with LayerSlider Element, and its still not showing. Currently set to WPBaker Element,.

There are jQuery errors on your site. This usually means that your jQuery is not loaded/ not in the right way or that another jQuery using item is loading an (outdated) extra copy of it, thus conflicting with ours.
Please try to use the Include scripts in the footer advanced setting to see if that helps. You could also try the Use Google CDN version of jQuery advanced setting, but if it doesn't help, please turn it off as it might lead to other issues when used unnecessary.
In case they did not help, please continue troubleshooting by temporary disabling other plugins and switching to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue (by eliminating the other jQuery item). Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WP sidebar, for any related error messages that could provide more information.
