The slider at the top of this page https://www.kedianomics.com/weeklyreport (that is currently marked as home page and thus is www.kedianomics.com) doesnt display for a general visitor but displays when I am logged into WP Admin.
I am embarassed with the top of the page being blank for so many days. Have tried checking everything to figure out why this has happened again.
I need help.

First, I'd recommend checking on whether the plugin is properly activated. If you are using premium features and the license is not added to the plugin, it will only show for admins.
You could also check on the implementation of the slider and your permissions. LayerSlider does not have any options to show it only for certain users, so it could be coming from an external source. As mentioned, either from the implementation of the slider, or from custom permission being used on your installation.
