Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello Ulrich,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Your sliders should show up the same accross all browsers. Please show us your site or a test page where we can check on this. The URL you provided does not seem to have sliders currently.

    Hello Attila,

thanks for your support. That was our Problem: In Firefox the slider was shown but not in edge and chrome.

We did it now like this: We filled our old slider with new fotos and it works...

But for the future: What do we have to be aware of, that our sliders will be shown in all browsers?

    Thank you, bye
    Uli

Thank you for the feedback, glad you could solve the problem.

LayerSlider does not have any browser specific options. It loads the exact same slider accross all browsers. So it shouldn't be possible that it loads in Firefox, but not on Chrome or Edge.

However, your theme, page builder or a plugin might be implementing a feature like this. That is affecting the slider only on certain browsers. It's possible that it appeared because you refreshed them. If it happens again, I'd recommend to check on this.
