Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Please note that there is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.9.2.), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue.
First of all, please make sure you have the latest version installed.
To start troubleshooting please temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WP sidebar, for any related error messages that could provide more information.
Please try to temporarily disable all other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme to see if it solves the issue. If it does, then you can find out its source by re-enabling them one at a time and watching when the issue resurfaces. This is a common technique to identify potential 3rd party issues.
We've looked at your site again and did some further tests. Unfortunately, we are not able to tell what's causing this issue. What we can say with confidence that it isn't related to LayerSlider and it affects your entire admin area. Even if LayerSlider is disabled, your admin interface still cannot load a lot of assets like icons. The same strange issue causes all the troubles for LayerSlider as some of its dependences aren't available.
We would like to suggest to contact your server host and look for some sort of server configuration issue. You could also try if a clean WordPress install still produces the same behaviour for debugging purposes.
The button "add new" is not working.
