Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hi,
This is Lin. I like LayerSlider very much. It is a wonderful plugin.
While making slide, I found that blend mode cannot work normally in Safari. Safari is an important browser because it is a default browser in iPhone. Is there any solution for this issue?
In addition, I make another slide for mobile instead of the slide with blend mode in desktop version.
Look forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Lin
Hello Lin,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
The blend mode works on Safari too. There is no known issue with it.
What exactly is the problem you are experiencing ?
Hi,
Please check the attached file. It is the screenshot in my safari.
Look forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Lin
Hi Firsthatch,
Unfortunately Safari is not fully compatible with mix-blend-mode as you can see in the following url: https://caniuse.com/#search=mix-blend-mode
You cannot use, hue, saturation, color or luminosity under Safari but I think that you can easily find another blend mode setting (combining with opacity for example) which will fit your needs.
We are sorry for your inconveniences!
Best regards,
