I have Layer Slider a few months now but as my site is coming along I'm starting to get into creating sliders... I'm stuck on the following issues...
1. I have 4 sliders and need to apply the same duration to them and although all 4 are set to 'Duration 3000" they are not all same... The last slider is remaining much longer...
2. On one slider I have three images and would like to have them come on at a different time from one another...? I had though I could set the this time differnce from the 'Timeline' by dragging each image to a different spot on the timeline but unfortunately not

The slide durations can be extended by layers. Slides usually wait for all the layers to finish, so if you have layers that are slower than the layers on the other slides, this could happen. Please check on the layer timings too. The slide transition times can also wary. Please verify all the slide settings to make sure that they are in fact identical. One last thing you could check on is the Start only in viewport option in the Slider Settings. That could also delay it.
The timeline view is only for showcase, you cannot change the values there. You can do that in the Transitions tab of the layers, for example with the Start when, with modifier and Duration options.
