    Hi

I have configured opening of layerslider wp popup on a button click "play story" that opens youtube clip. And everything was working and then suddenly, without any changes from my side,  it started just to show loading circle, and video never starts. I can only close popup by pressing the close button, and these behaviours repeat now on every page.

    Thanks

    Hello Kresimir,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I have checked your site, but for me the popup slider and the video in it, are working properly.

Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?

In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ? Or how we can reproduce this ?

    Hello Attila

So strangely, I haven't change anything, and now it seems to work (both on Windows 10 in Chrome browser and on the android phone on Chome browser). But I have another page where the same configuration behaves as described in the first post. Please have a look at https://feelgoodtravellers.com/sweet-summer-days-2018/

    Thanks

Thank you. My colleagues and I will look into this to see what we can find, and get back to you shortly.

Thank you for your patience. We've looked into this further and the problem is caused by a plugin that you are using, it's called "wd-youtube". This plugin is generating the incompatibility.

You could try to set the LayerSlider -> Options -> Advanced -> Scripts priority option to be larger than 10 to see if that helps.

If it does not help, then unfortunately you will need to disable the "wd-youtube" plugin, or contact its author and ask them to implement a proper YouTube intergration that does not cause issues in other plugins. This could help them identify and correct the problem in their plugin: http://www.gambit.ph/how-to-use-the-javascript-youtube-api-across-multiple-plugins/

Thanks Attila for troubleshooting this problem - i have disabled mentioned plugin and everything works as intended. Just one more thing i have enabled option to click away to close popup window - but it doesn't work. Only when i click on close button to pop-up closes. Any ideas what i'm doing wrong?

That is because you cannot actually click away. The popup slider is so big that it covers the whole viewport. The popup slider is not just the video in it, please see attached screenshot. You could adjust the slider size to the video, to solve this.
