The slider does not work correctly when viewed on an actual iphone. It works correctly if simulated iphone in Google Chrome is set, but not in an actual iphone. The text placement does not seem to translate correctly.

    Hello Jclayton15,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today.

I would like to confirm that we have received your message. Due to the nature of the issue you are experiencing, I will have to contact and consult with the development team first. I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Thank you for your patience. We've investigated this further and we believe that this issue is likely related to an image preloader that is interfering with the slider's content, and only active for mobiles potentionally.

This could be a theme function or even a plugin option. Please try to look for anything on your installation that is offering some kind of content preloading and temporary disable them to see if that helps.

You could also try to use the Slider Settings -> Misc -> Enhanced lazy load (Advanced) option. It could provide a workaround in certain cases, but unfortuantely it won't always help, as a 3rd party item is interfering with LayerSlider settings.

I  have checked the preloaders. It seems to me to be the transitions; the text getting hidden behind the photos because of incorrect placement settings. Can you take a look please at this?

Thank you for the feedback. The problem is not related to incorrect placement or positioning. It's related to an external method that is interfering with the slider.

Have you tried the mentioned Enhanced lazy load option ? Also, if you are not sure what plugin/theme might be causing this, I'd recommend to temporarily disable all other plugins and switching to a default WP theme, then you can turn them back one by one to find the culprit.

So after spending a ridiculous number of hours trying to figure out the problem, it was not the other plugins. It was there was a mask set that shouldn't have been there. Remove the mask, the problem goes away. The documentation on this part of the plugin is really lacking.
