    Hello

Can you help us with the following please?

A bit strange but the fonts on the slider are not showing as expected on all browsers. It is odd as on one computer in our office they show fine on safari and firefox but do not display properly in the same browsers on our other computers. The font is set to open sans for the slider and looks fine in the backend and when I use the preview function for the slides. I have attached some screen shots to try to explain better. I have tried fresh installs of different browsers and ask friends to send screenshots from their devices and the results are mixed with some looking as expected but others not.

The plugin is up to date.

Any help much appreciated as we are a bit stuck.

    Thanks

    David

    Hello David,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

We've tested your site on multiple installations accross all major browsers, but the text (open sans) are showing the same on all of them. Please see attached screenshots. We could not reproduce any problems with the text, they were the same at all times.

    Hello Attila

Thanks very much for your quick reply.

All the screenshots you have sent do show the same font but thats not the font we want.

Strange how none of your tests show the correct font and some of ours do. Bit confusing.

The font we want is shown in the attached screenshot. You will notice it is different.

Sorry about this I know I must be missing something.

Thanks again for your help and time I appreciate it.

    David

    Hello Attila

I have sorted the issue now, I added the open sans font to the google fonts for the slider and it displaying fine now on all machines.

Not sure why some were right before though, not to worry.

Thank you for your help today.

Thank you for the feedback, glad you could solve the problem.

It was most likely working on some desktops/devices, because the font was installed on them locally, that is why it could display it.
