All looks good on the back end, and when I preview the web page in WordPress. However, on the front end, the LayerSlider does not show up at all and there is just white space. Please help!
I've tried deactivating all plugins, updating all plugins, updating LayerSlider, updating my theme, other LayerSlider sizes, etc. Nothing has worked.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is John and I'm happy to assist you today.
It seems like the issue is related the Enfold's built-in JavaScript combine & minifier feature. I'm not sure how this feature is called exactly, but checking the theme options you should be able to see some kind of optimization related option. I'd recommend disabling that feature to see if it helps.
The issue most likely happens due to JavaScript dependencies or incorrect file load order. It's not related to LayerSlider, but it does affect your slider and prevents it from working properly.
I would suggest contacting the theme author for further investigation. The error message when I was able to reproduce this issue was "jQuery is not defined" and it failed when something tried to use the "mediaelementplayer" component. I wasn't able to reproduce the issue again, so I cannot provide the exact error message. I suspect some level of caching is involved and that's why it seems fine for now.
