Hi, I did not modify my site for a month. Now I started to work by updating to Wordpress 5.2.2 Since that I'm unable to save any modification to my layerslider. The error message as follows:

"It seems there is a server issue that prevented LayerSlider from saving your work. Please check LayerSlider -> Options -> System Status for potential errors, try to temporarily disable themes/plugins to rule out incompatibility issues or contact your hosting provider to resolve server configuration problems. Your HTTP server thrown the following error:
     Not Acceptable"

    What could happen?

    Best regards:

    Hello Berenyiandras,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Problems with the saving method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.

Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.

Please also make sure that you have the latest version of LayerSlider (6.8.4).

Well the system status says: 'Using LayerSlider from a non-standard install location or having a different directory name' as a warning, but it was the same when it still worked. So I suppose it's not related to the problem. Additionally I have 2 sliders, 'mobile-header' and 'desktop-header' slider, and only desktop-header produces the forementioned error message, I can save the other one without any problem. So I suppose it's somehow related to the content of the slider, or its options. I just don't know how to find the real root cause.

Judging from your description and the error you posted earlier, it could be a memory limitation problem or execution time limit, because you are trying to utilize more content than your server can handle in the given amount of time. That is why the (presumably) smaller mobile slider can be saved, but the desktop one cannot. Or the desktop slider could have became corrupted somehow.

In any case, please test other sliders to see if they can be saved. You can import larger sliders from the Template Store too.

Please also export and send the problematic slider to us, so we can check whether it's corrupted or not.

Is this slider much larger or much more complex than the rest ? Please look for a similarly large slider and see if that can be exported/imported.

If it can, then most likely this slider became corrupted somehow, the file was damaged, thus the problem.

At the moment I cannot even download your attachment (probably temporal server errors on Ticksy), so I cannot test. Could you please upload it to a different place so I can access it ?

Thanks. I was able to import it without any issue (see attached screenshot). So it seems like its size is going to be the problem after all. You can import and save smaller sliders, but not this one, as it's probably just over your server limit.
