    Hello,

    just bought the layerslider license. When I try to import a template from the store, it is loading for about 20 secondes and then sends me back to my website.... but I cant find the slider anywhere.

    I am using the avada theme.

    Problems with the importing method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.

    Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.

    Thanks for your quick respond.

    Yes, I did that, but it looks ok. (see attached file)

    I have also deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, and I deactivated all other plugins.

    Thank you for the feedback. We've recently migrated our server, so if there is no error in the System Status, it could be related to that. Please remove your license from the plugin (reset it at https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations if needed) and add it again to the product activation box, to see if that helps. Let us know if it worked.

    I clicked on "deactivate this site" in the plugin activation box.

    When I follow your link, and then click on "deactivate selected" there is an error saying "Please choose an installation to be deactivated." but I cannt choose an installation. (see scrrenshot)

    Reactivating the plugin with the same purchase code also doe not work.

    Besides that, I have just called my hosting provider, but he told me, if there is any problem with the server, the plugin developper needs to say where the problem is...

    I am having this exact same issue. Also using Avada theme. Just purchased a license but can't import from the store. It shows an error connecting to the database and returns back to the Sliders page. See attached screenshots.
