I have deactivated plug ins, switched themes, activated and deactivated lazy loading and nothing so far has worked.

As I can see, there are some jQuery errors on your site. This could mean that your jQuery is not loaded or not in the right way. An outdated plugin with an old jQuery implemented could also be responsible for this. LayerSlider is jQuery dependent, so it cannot work without it.
If you're not familiar with the jQuery implementation on your site, please try to use the "Include scripts in the footer" advanced setting in LayerSlider to see if that helps.

I selected that option but it's still not loading. All plug-ins are updated.

Hi Attila,
I fixed the issue down loading the jQuery Updater Plugin & The jQuery Manager plugin, I updated all jQuery and executed debug mode to check.
