I've checked the URL you provided, but there is no LayerSlider on it. It shows that the plugin is not even installed/activated on your site currently. Did you remove it in the meantime ? In case yes, where can we check on it ?
Thank you for the feedback. Something's not quite right with the plugin implementation. Do you still have the theme bundled version installed ? Unfortunately some themes are restricting the plugin in certain ways that could result in problems. I'd recommend to manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon and reinstalling LayerSlider. You will need to completely remove the bundled version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation. Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process. Layerslider is not showing on my website. I bought the premium version to update but it is not working.

I never removed the plug in. It shows in my dashboard that I have the paid code accepted so I should be on the premium version.
