    I have purchased a new license but nothing that i do will allow the plug in to update.

    I believe that your plugin activation might be stuck, thus the error.

    We have launched a website that you can use to manage and reset the activations of your purchase codes, please refer to the following URL: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations

    Please use this to reset your license. Then remove it from the product activation box and add it again.

    Hello

    I attempted to deactivate it using the link you sent.  I dont know what it did.  Now there is no where for me to remove it from the product activation box and add it again.

    This is what happens when I use that page.  this is very frustrating. Please help me get this working.

    Unless I remove the entire plugin folder from the server, there is no where to remove it.

    You already did it, the license is free to use now. Now you just have to enter it to the Product Activation box inside LayerSlider, on the main page: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#activation-howto

    I have attached the screenshots showing that the plug in is activated but will still not update. what do I do??

    I'm not referring to plugin activation as in an activated WP plugin. I'm referring to the license activation inside LayerSlider. Please open LayerSlider and enter your license to the product activation box. There are screenshots of it in the previously linked documentation section.
