We have launched a website that you can use to manage and reset the activations of your purchase codes, please refer to the following URL: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations With this, you can remove any earlier (possibly deleted/stuck) activations and use the license again.
The home page demo slider is also in the Template Store, it's called LayerSlider v6.

Those animations are not sliders. Only the top of the homepage utilizes the plugin, the rest are custom animations implemented by us. Regardless, if you would like to, you can achieve the exact same look with the plugin too.
