I purchased LayerSlider on Jul 11, 2019 to be used in the Eikra theme as suggested. When I go to the Product Activation area in LayerSlider WP the button says "working" then just goes back to Activate now. My purchase code is 91a65af3-d689-4763-b4bc-cdd21fafd99f.

Problems with the activation method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.
Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.

Please verify that you are using the correct purchase code related to LayerSlider (91a65***-****-****-****-*****fafd99f) and enter it to the correct place in the Product Activation box inside the plugin:
If you verified these and it's still not working, you might have to reinstall the plugin with our release, as unfortunately some themes are restricting the update and/or activation method of the plugin that could result in problems like this. To do that, you will need to completely remove the bundled version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation. Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process. You can also find detaled installation instructions in the documentation, please refer to the following URL: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#installation After this, there should be no more problem with activation or updates.

Thank you for the feedback. In that case it's most likely going to be a conflict problem on your isntallation. Please temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue. If it does, you can enable them back one by one to find the culprit.

That worked - I disabled ALL the plugins and then it activated. Thanks for your help.
