    I have a licens on my site before but boy a new one that i have forgot, but i cant do anything on the site, cant do nothing in settings in slides i am like lost cant do anything in the plugin i have flash the cache uninstall and install again but nothing help me, stockt. can you give me a clue what is happening, i have the plugin on 3 of my other sites without problem but on this site nothing

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.8.4.), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue.
    To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
    Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WP sidebar, for any related error messages that could provide more information.
    Let us know of the results.

    As I can see you have the Use Google CDN version of jQuery option enabled in the plugin. It is not recommended to use it (unless it's actually needed) because it can easily break some functionalities.

    Please disable it in the Advanced settings to see if that helps.
