i am using layerslider and experience problems. On my notebook ans desktop the website looks great. But when I want to look at it with a tablet or mobile phone, the layer ("Herzlich Willkommen in unserem Laserzentrum !" doenst look good at all. Can you please look over it and send me a message how to fix this problem?
I have an image, which has a white rectangle on the right. I created a text as layer for the white rectangle, but it doesnt look good at tablets or mobile phones (on desktop pcs it is great). Can I make any changes, so the layer text looks good on smaller screens? Or can I create such a white rectangle as layer and then dont show all the layers (white rectangle and text) on smaller screens?
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
LayerSlider offers ways to adjust the content of your sliders for different devices.
You can use the device specific layers to display layers only on certain devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). This feature gives you the option to create separate layers and layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop view in the same slide, and only show them on the required device. Essentially, changing up that problematic layer a bit, so it looks good on small screens too.
Additionally to the device specific layers, you could also build two sliders with different sizes or with different content for desktop and mobile, include them both to the site, and only display them (using the Hide over and Hide under options) on the required device. This gives you more control, but requires more work.
