    Hi,

We are having an issue with the way that iPhone is showing the slider. All the text appears much smaller than on android phones.

Is there a way to stop iphones from reducing this?

Currently I am trying to detect if it is an iPhone and then add a class to the outer div on the slider and then adding CSS to make text larger.

    Kind regards,

    Kevin Lucas

    Hello Kevin,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Unfortunately different devices might handle text and other content size differently. But LayerSlider provides options to adjust this.

Since version 6 of LayerSlider you have the option to display layers only on certain devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). This feature gives you the option to create separate layers and layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop view in the same slide, and only show them on the required device. Basically, add larger text for mobiles.

Additionally to the device specific layers, you could also build two sliders with different sizes or with different content for desktop and mobile, include them both to the site, and only display them (using the Hide over and Hide under options) on the required device. This gives you more control, but requires more work.

Or you could simply utilize the Min font size / Min mobile font size options on the text layers, so they cannot go too small.
