Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hi,

Despite the fact the plugin used to work properly before the update, now the layout is not working properly. You can see all the in-content has moved to top left with no reason.  I have checked and it looks good on the back end side. I also tried deactivate plugins, that doesn't change anything.

    Hello Nini689,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

As we've discussed this issue in your earlier ticket, it is either caused by a 3rd party conflict on your installation, or there is a problem with your PHP version.

In case disabling plugins did not help, please also try switching themes. If that also had no effect, then it is likely a server problem.

As recommended before, please switch to a different PHP version temporary to see if that helps. Usually, hosts provide a customer dashboard where you can do this. Your host can assist you change the PHP version temporary if you need help to do it.
