i purchased the layerslider plugin and have a question. I would like to have a background, but it should not move or slide. I would like to have images, that slide over 1024px widht. When I put images as layers, the background slides and the images appear shortly and than disapear.

Slide background images cannot be static. They will always animate in/out when the slide changes.
However, layers can. The option to set a layer static is located in the Layers -> Transitions tab at the bottom, it is called 'Keep this layer visible: ...' With this, you can keep a layer over the slideshow, throughout multiple slides. So you can add an image layer, set it to be static, and animate the other layers over it.
