The desktop version of torokitchencabinets.com which has three layer sliders on the top of the page disappeared for a couple of days without me knowing, - after updating my computer and Wordpress, (I'm not sure which one did the trick) they seem to be back and working again. However Safari seems to be not working.
Although, on the mobile version of the site, the home page loads the same header rotator image slider with parameters set for mobile - though it seems to also be loading other image behind the slider and it looks very different than it used to only a few days ago (and absolutely terrible & scrambled with the button and text in all the wrong places.) Also the mobile slider that is specifically only to show up on a mobile device is not showing all together. Additionally, when I go to the Layerslider tab in Wordpress to preview all of the sliders I've created, the all seem to be missing. I don't see preview images for all but three which is very different than what I normally see.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
It seems like there is an issue with the accessibility of the skins, and some images are missing from the site too. This is usually the result of an image preloader/optimizer/lazy loader, that is affecting the slider. The missing slider thumbnail images might be the result of this too.
Please look around on your installation and look for any plugin/theme/method that is affecting images, or that is caching them, and exclude LayerSlider from its target list.
It is also recommended to use the latest version of every item on your installation.
But if you are not sure what might be causing this exactly, you could temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that helps. And then enable them back one by one to find the culprit.
