Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     Hello,

    I'm using ENFOLD THEME and this is what my client asks me:

    Show a popup overlay with some text informations only to mobile (tablet specifically) users.

    I've just try to force the display settings trough mobile tab (screenshot attached).

    Yes, that is right. You can control slider visibility and limit it to certain screen sizes with the Hide Over and Hide Under settings. The tablet screen width is usually considered >= 768px and <= 1024px. So I'd recommend to use these values.

    Hi Attila,

    ok, I've just changed the setting but if you land on the website homepage you will see what happens.

    Could you please explain me why? 

    I can't see the correct popup on mobile device and I see a strange  overlay on all devices with a white gap under the main slider.

    Thank you for the feedback. Where exactly can we check on this ? The URL you provided does not contain any LayerSlider sliders. We will need to see the slider to be able to troubleshoot this. Let us know. Thank you.
