Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hello
Can you please help me.
I installed LayerSlider and the Slider is quite larger then the Screen Output. My Menu slides down so that I cant see it when I open the page.
Size is set to inherit and settings are responsive default. Also when I switch to "auto" or "stretch" or any other i stillt cant see the menu on my macbook.
On my iPad the view is correct.
I change the domain from new.bimmo.ch tomorrow morning to bimmo.ch, fyi that you can have a look on the site.
Can you please help me. Thanks in advance.
Best regards
Hello Buechlerimmo,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
The "auto" and "stretch" values are for the slide background image, not for the slider itself. If you want to change the size and layout of your slider, you can do that in the Slider Settings -> Layout tab.
If you are using a normal responsive layout, you can just enter the sizes you want to the Width and Height fields and those will be used as initial sizes for the slider. And later it will be scaled based on screen size. If it's getting enlarged too much, you can limit the slider with the Max-width option in the same area.
You could also setup a fullwidth layout and limit the slider by its height.
Or alternatively, you could use the Full Size layout -> Hero Scene mode. That way the slider will always match the height of the screen and not reach over it, regardless of the device you are using.
