Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello,

I want to change size of the fonts on mobile but when I add a custom css for increasing the size of the fonts, button positions are fixed. I can not change them because if I remove the left, top positions in the inline style, layerslider js sets the default value for the inline style. Therefore, I can not set the style properties in my custom css :(

    The !important is not working.

Another issue on this support portal, I already verified my envato purchase with the button in attached screenshot but I can not submit the ticket because it says that "You need to enter the Envato Market purchase code you got for this product."

    Hello Ceylani,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I don't recommend using custom CSS. The plugin offers a built-in option for this.

Since version 6 of LayerSlider you have the option to display layers only on certain devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). This feature gives you the option to create separate layers and layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop view in the same slide, and only show them on the required device. Basically, set different size for your layers depending on device. Furthermore, you also have the option to set a minimum font size for texts on mobiles.

As for the ticksy validation. Did you solve it ? I assume you did, if you could open this ticket.

    Hello Atilla,

thanks for the detailed response. I'll try the layers.

For the validation issue; yes I solved but it seems as a bug.
