That is because LayerSlider is not installed or activated on your site currently. The shortcodes can only display their content if the plugin is accessible (installed and activated).
Please check if you have LayerSlider properly installed. If you do, please check if it's activated in the WP Plugins menu.
Thank you for the feedback. Yes, now it is. I can see the plugin data present in the source code. But as I can see now you've removed the sliders. The one on your site currently is not LayerSlider.
There is no size limit and it should be working with the WPBakery Page Builder as well.
But still, there are no actual sliders added to the page. https://mascots4u.co.za/ contains zero LayerSlider sliders currently. It's not that they do not appear, they are not even added to the page at the moment.
How exactly did you try to insert the sliders ? If you are using WPBakery Page Builder for this, I'd recommend to check on that. Try a different element or method inside the page builder.
It seems like there is a conflict on page with another Greensock using item, the Revolution Slider. And this conflict prevents the sliders from working, as they are Greensock dependent.
Please try to use the LayerSlider WP -> Options -> Advanced -> Use Greensock (GSAP) sandboxing option to see if that helps.
You could also try to play around with the Scripts Priority option at the same location, to move LayerSlider up. It could prevent the conflict as our scripts would load sooner.
We'd also recommend to update everything on your installation, to make sure that you use the latest release of them. Old plugin/theme versions might load outdated Greensock, that could result in conflicts like this.
Hi,
I have x3 sliders on this page but none are displaying. The [layerslider id="2"] is being referenced but is not 'showing'

Hi Attila,
The initial slider is just to illustrate what is not showing in the 2 spaces below: where there is a HUGE gap.
Please advise if your layerslider has a limit on the size in the images to be used as well as if it is compatible with WPBakery Page Builder.
Thanks

LayerSlider also has its default methods to embed sliders, you can find them here: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#publishing-sliders
Hi Attila,
I have inserted the slider in 3 different methods in the webpage - I can see it referenced in the page code but nothing is coming up.
Thank you. My colleagues and I will look into this to see what we can find, and get back to you shortly.
Thank you for your patience.
