The slider itself is fullsized on your site, but the boxed page layout you are using, is cutting off (overlapping) parts of the slider that are reaching out of it. I believe you will be able to adjust this in your theme/page builder settings. There should be an option that lets the slider break out of this page layout without hiding it.
LayerSlider settings have been set to allow the Slider to default at full screen width, but will not populate at full-width.
I'm trying to work through backend plugins and theme settings to figure out if the full-screen option is being overridden by theme settings, etc.
