Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?
In any case, when only the shortcode is showing, it means that the plugin is not active so it cannot display its content (eg slider), or that the wrong shortcode is added to the page that is not related to an actual slider.
i am unable to see the sliders, those are not working properly please check the image attached

it is working after activation and some changes
