Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hello Gfoisy,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
I have checked your site, but for me the text are displayed correctly in the slider at the moment. Please see attached screenshot.
Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?
In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?
Hi,
I'm on a Windows 10 Home OS, have tried all browsers - Firefox, Chrome, Explorer... I'm using a Lenovo IdeaPad. I've been using it for over a year and then suddenly it doesn't reflect properly. In addition, a colleague accesses it from his own device, browser and Windows OS and he experiences the same. It is a little eratic, in that it did work for him at first and then the second night he tried, it reflected the small font effect. Can you try again? What would cause such a thing?
Thanks,
Garry
Thank you for the feedback.
I've tested your site again using Windows 10, on Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera. All of the browsers are showing the text correctly. Just to make sure, I've also checked it on a Mac with the latest Safari, and the text was fine there too.
So I'm not sure why you might be seeing the text styles differently.
Please check the site on a different device/desktop than your Lenovo IdeaPad to see if the same happens for you.
Let us know. Thank you.
Hi, I have tried multiple pcs, OSs, and even completely rebuilt a new slider. The problem definitely exists. In further testing, it seems that if you launch the public url in regular screen mode from any browser, it works and presents the fonts in the size and style I created. If you immediately go into FULL SCREEN mode from any browser, the fonts do not appear properly at about the third slide or so. IF you wait for the entire deck to cycle through once, and then go into FULL SCREEN mode, it appears to work at least in Chrome.
I really need help with solving this issue.
It appears to be a FULL SCREEN issue. I've tried my deck in Responsive and Full Screen modes. Same result.

Use Chrome, and as soon as the deck starts, double click the screen to enter FULL SCREEN mode, and you should see what I mean by the third slide or so.
Thank you for the feedback. My colleagues and I will look into this to see what we can find, and get back to you shortly.
Thank you for your patience.
We've managed to locate the issue. The fusion scripts loaded by your theme are responsible for this. More specifically, the following file: /wp-content/uploads/fusion-scripts/034a028e459f99b0d893418964f15fb9.min.js
If you remove this, the font issue ceases.
Unfortunately as its a theme script, we cannot tell what part or which component is causing the problem exactly. But something in it, is affecting the slider, causing this font issue.
