So we have one production site and a development and staging site. My guess is that the development may have gotten restricted because it is not being recognized as a development site because it does not have a full spelling of development in the url. Could you please check and whitelist these urls?
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
An installation is considered a development environment if the site URL is either:
an IP address;
has no TLD (e.g. localhost, local, etc.)
the TLD or subdomain has a typical name (e.g. dev, test, local, stage, staging, etc.)
is on a whitelist (e.g. *.staging.wpengine.com)
Your dev sites have to fall under one of these categories, otherwise they won't be recognized, so they won't work with the same license. Please also note that, there is a limit of maximum 3 dev sites for a single license.
Unfortunately we cannot whitelist your sites. This is an automated check by the plugin and your dev sites have to fit one of these criterias, otherwise they won't work.
If you are having issues with license usage, we have launched a website that you can use to manage and reset the activations of your purchase codes, please refer to the following URL: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations With this, you can remove any (possibly deleted/stuck) activation and use the license again.
We have the website...
https://shop.cacti.com/
Layer slider works good there.
We are developing improvements on our wpengine development environment. It doesn't seem to function here
https://cacticomdev.wpengine.com/
We also test on our staging environment here
http://donnewcomer.staging.wpengine.com
It works good here.

We have only two development sites.
1) http://donnewcomer.staging.wpengine.com/
2) https://cacticomdev.wpengine.com
and one production/live site here
1) https://shop.cacti.com/
We updated and purchased a new license key. We can send details if you like. Could you please whitelist
https://cacticomdev.wpengine.com ? It is a development site but does not seem to work there.
When we purchased the new license key it was entered into https://cacticomdev.wpengine.com which is the one not working.
