The slide thumbnails are using the slide background images by default. Since you don't have any, there is nothing that can be displayed there. Please set up custom thumbnails using the Slide Thumbnail section of each slide. That way you won't need slide images for this to work.
Thanks for responding. I had already done your suggestion before I submitted the original support ticket. Each slide has it's own custom image. I have even use your image editing feature to resize the images to be exactly the size that should be displayed. They still don't display.
Thank you for the feedback. The source of your images are getting disrupted/changed. A static path with 1*1px size is placed there instead of the actual source of the images. This was most likely done by an image preloader/optimizer/lazy loader plugin or method on your installation. Please try to look for anything similar on your installation that could be affecting the images, and temporary disable it to see if that helps.
The thumbnails are not displaying - only a black box. I've tried everything I can think of to troubleshoot this. Need your expertise.
