i have had layerslider for quite a while now, im wanting for it to be my header on the homepage only. However i cannot get the slider to show up at all when adding the code to the header.php file. i only get either a grey or white box.

The images do appear to flash up for a split second when the site first loads but then disappears.

Any help at all would be appreciated otherwise it looks like this will of just have been a waste of money.

    Hello Dtaylor467,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I have checked your site, but for me the slider is being displayed currently. It does not flash or disappear. Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ? In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?

You can also find detailed slider inserting instructions in the documentation here: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#publishing-sliders

hi, i have found that it was conflicting with the async javascript plugin. Have you got the script code so i can add layer slider to the exclusion list?

Thank you for the feedback. Please note that this is not a conflict. Scripts have dependencies and when they are loaded async, their order might be disrupted, causing issues.

You will need to add the layerslider.kreaturamedia.jquery.js file and the jQuery itself to the exclude list.

jQuery is important for most plugins and interfering with it is not recommended, so it might already be in the exclude list.
