    I purchased and used licenses before, but i bought and activated a new license because error problems.

    So I activated the license I had previously purchased to use on a new site, but failed.

    Please take action to allow one license code to be used because i have two licenses and only one is currently in use.

    (Please disactivate the most-old license. Thank you)

    We have launched a website that you can use to manage and reset the activations of your purchase codes, please refer to the following URL: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations

    With this, you can remove any earlier (possibly deleted/stuck) activation and use the license again.
