We're running a portal @ www.nutriport.cz. There we employ LayerSlider, which was working just fine at the beginning. However, it's currently having two issues:
a. It cannot be updated (see first three attachements, it basicaly says it cannot find update files while activation claims to be done properly)
b. It's not visible on the page, there is only some file reference, but no actual images visible
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
You seem to be mixing two plugins together.
'Screenshot_3' is showing the activation box of our plugin (LayerSlider), but the rest of the screenshots are showing a different plugin (Slider Revolution).
As you can see, the update errors on 'Screenshot_1' and 'Screenshot_2' are related to Slider Revolution. The shortcode on your site - as its name 'rev_slider' suggests - is also Slider Revolution, but it does not display its content because that plugin is not activated.
Unfortunately we cannot really help with Slider Revolution, as it's not our product. I'd recommend to contact the authors of Slider Revolution with this case. They should be able to help you with their plugin.

Could that be resolved, please?
Thank you.
