Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     It isn’t allowing me to save sliders and there is no issue at slider options

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.8.4.), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue.
    To start troubleshooting please temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue, to rule out any possible conflict.
    The problem could also be server related, if the LayerSlider System Status is all green, the error is likely PHP related and is hidden currently.
