Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I brought the Enfold theme in the past (2017) and I used your Slider plugin. Now I transfer the website to a new domain and it doesn't work.

I thought the cause was because the new domain address so I brought the plugin again and insert the purchase code to the plugin but it still doesn't work although it's show "Activated"!!

    Hello Eli2020,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

You seem to have jQuery problems on your site, most likely that is the reason for this. There are jQuery errors (jQuery is not defined and jQuery is not a function) on your site, you can see them in the browser console. This usually means that your jQuery is not loaded or not in the right way. LayerSlider needs it be loaded in the header to be able to display the slider properly.

If you're not familiar with jQuery you can try to use the "Include scripts in the footer" advanced setting to see if that helps.

You could also check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WP sidebar, for any possible error messages that could provide more information.

Have you followed up with my suggestions from the previous reply? Did you use the mentioned plugin setting and check the System Status ?

  • eli2020 replied

I installed the plugin instead of the the build-in plugin in my theme - and it works!

    Thanks
