Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Where or how exactly do you get this error ? Is it in the back-end on WordPress or in the plugin ? Or does it occur when you try to import templates ? Please describe the problem in more details. Thank you.
All seems to work in the Plugin area, it's just viewing the page when the error happens?
I have since tried another Template and changed a few things, and put it here http://www.explorebowland.co.uk/test2 This seems to work fine, so it makes me think that everything is ok with my plugins/server etc.
Thank you for the feedback. I'm getting the same 403 Forbidden error for both of those pages. I believe there is something wrong with the permissions and page administration.
LayerSlider cannot really cause this kind of error by itself and prevent the page from loading at all, there is most likely something else generating this. I'd recommend to take a closer look at the pages and the permissions.
Hi,
I just tried messing with one of the templates and get 403 Forbidden. Any ideas? Many thanks.

Hi Attila,
I imported the Creative Agency Template from the store. Changed a few things and then put it on this page
